Vintage Chinese famille rose vase with original Amoy sticker 1950-1970's #1585

Very pretty vase from around 1950-1970. The vase still has its original stickers, bamboo wrapping and cork lid from the Amoy canning company in Hong Kong. Its extremely rare to see these vases with the original packing still intact.

The story goes that because of import restrictions placed on goods from China in the 1950's, some of the Chinese mainland porcelain manufacturing companies sold their goods through the Amoy Canning Corp. (Hong Kong) Ltd. to get around the import rules. 

Checked with uv light, perfect condition. wear and stains from usage.
