A beautiful antique coral ground lidded melon jar with decoration of two pairs of dragons and phoenixes. Likely made for export to Southeast Asia.

19th century.

Provenance: Sold by a Swedish Antique shop in Norrköping for 700 SEK in 1978. (original receipt included). 

Condition:

Checked with UV light, Perfect condition. No hairline, no nick, no restoration. General wear, scratches and manufacturing flaws.
