Antique Chinese Gilt Lacquered Tea Caddy w/ Pewter Containers

An mid 19th Century Chinese export Cantonese lacquer gaming box, of elongated octagonal form, fitted with 2 lidded pewter canisters for tea storage.

Size: 20 cm x 13 cm

High: 12 cm

Condition: Wear due to its age, chips on the edges, some paintings lost. Gilding worn. One of the foot have been reattached. The lock does not work. Pewter canisters worn and some minor cracks.
