This product is not longer available.

A large and very beautiful rose mandarin vase with very little wear to the gilding and the painted enamels. Great looking court and palace scenes from ancient China. I date this vase to mid 19th Century, probably 1840-1850 in the reign of Daoguang.

Checked with uv light, the vase has a long star hairline crack going from the neck to middle of the body. The crack has been stabilized. Otherwise in very nice condition. See last 3 pictures for details of the crack.

Note: wooden stand is not included in this sale!

Provenance from an old Swedish collection.
