Chinese Antique yellow ground lidded jar, late Qing / Republic #1953

A very beautiful yellow ground jar with lid, cartouches of figure decoration. Lid with peach knob and bamboo handles.

Late Qing / Republic era (1890-1920)

Base with circle marks and "CHINA" (The CHINA mark was required to be put on porcelain exported out of China as the country of origin from 1890 to 1920, (U.S. Stamp Act of 1894), after 1920 it was replaced with a "Made In China" mark).

Condition: 

Checked with UV Light, very nice condition, just some minor wear and manufacturing flaws.
