Chinese Antique Porcelain vase / Lamp foot, Qing Dynasty, 19th century #2679

A very beautiful and rare blue-ground and wucai porcelain vase made into a lamp. It is decorated with warrior figures and landscape scenes in separate cartouches. Around the neck and side of the vase are beautiful, colorful lizards and foo lions.

Condition:

Checked with UV Light, no cracks, no hairlines, no restoration. Drilled hole to the side of the base for electrical cable. One small nick to the base possibly from the manufacturing process. Birthdate of the previous owner is engraved to the base. Have not removed the metal mount to examine the inside of the vase. The lamp is functioning when tested and is fitted with a North European socket. Scratches and General wear. Manufacturing flaws.  No guarantee is however, given on function of the electric and lamp.

Note: 

Electric wiring is suitable for Scandinavia. I recommend to change to a modern electric socket before use for safety.  Sweden uses 220-240 V 50 Hz electrical current. If your country uses an other electric current like US or Japan you may need to use an adapter to convert the current before using.
