Chinese Antique silk embroidery with Pheonix, Qing Dynasty #2807

Beautiful large silk embroidery with Pheonix, Cranes, Mandarin Ducks in a lotus pond, three friends of winter  and various fruits and flowers.

19th c, Qing Dynasty.

Sticker attached on the back indicated that the silk was previously sold by the Army & Navy Co-Operative Society LTD.

The Army and Navy Co-Operative Society Ltd was formed in 1871 by a group of British army and navy officers. The first store opened on 15 February 1872 at Victoria Street, London.

Condition:  Antique used condition. Expect minor lose threads, pulls and damages. Slightly bleached color from sun light. Wear.

High: ca 85 cm, Wide ca 85 cm
